However, things did not turn out as Viktor had hoped. Upon arriving in Texas, he quickly realized that his hosts had other plans for him. They expected him to use his inventions and prototypes for military purposes, which was not in line with Viktor’s beliefs and values. 

He had dedicated his life to improving the environment, not contributing to its destruction. As a result, Viktor refused to work. His refusal to use his innovations for destructive purposes was a testament to his strong principles and commitment to bettering the environment.

Despite the initial refusal, he and his son were ultimately forced to sign a contract with them to return to their homeland. 

However, due to Viktor’s limited understanding of English, the contract turned out to be a deception, which resulted in all of his work and designs becoming the property of the US consortium.

Viktor Schauberger spent the remainder of his life in Austria, where he continued to work towards improving the environment and preserving the planet. 

At 73, Viktor passed away on September 25th, 1958, in Linz, Austria. Until his untimely death, he was deeply committed to protecting the earth and putting its safety above all else.

Does element 115 has anything to do with powering alien spaceships?

Element 115 is an enigma of sorts, it was only added to the periodic table in 2016, it has attracted extra attention because of a supposed connection to extraterrestrial technology and alien lifeforms.

But Before we answer whether there is a connection, let's find out what element 115 really is.

Element 115 or moscovium is a man-made superheavy element, that has 115 protons in its nucleus. As with all elements on the periodic table. 

The element's number corresponds to the number of protons in the nucleus of the element's atom. So That is 23 more protons than the heaviest element that you can find in large quantities on Earth like uranium.

Jacklyn Gates said that element 115 is an extremely rare element, it exists for just a fraction of a second before it decays into another element.

It is special because it is near a predicted island of stability where some superheavy nuclei might have much longer lifetimes. Instead of living for less than a second, they could exist for minutes days or even years! That is long enough that we might be able to use them for practical applications.

Element 115 was discovered in 2003 in Dubna, in Russia at the Flerov Laboratory for Nuclear Reactions. by a group of scientists led by nuclear physicist Yuri Oganessian. The element was eventually named moscovium because Dubna is a city in Moscow.

To make this element, the scientists accelerated ions of calcium-48 to around 10 percent of the speed of light and then bombarded americium-243 with them. Through this bombardment, they were able to successfully fuse the nuclei of americium 243 and Calcium 48 atoms. She said, To create a superheavy element, you need the complete fusion of two lighter elements This process produced four atoms of moscovium.

The new element that they made had 115 protons, 20 from the Calcium 48 and 95 from the Americium 243. This new element was then separated from all the other reaction products, using the Dubna gas-filled recoil separator and then implanted into a detector, where scientists were able to watch element 115 decay into element 113.

The internal structure of the 115 nucleus largely prevents spontaneous fission, so it is likely that the nucleus will undergo alpha decay. Alpha decay is a type of radioactive decay where an unstable nucleus changes to another element by emitting a particle composed of two protons and two neutrons.

Emission of an alpha particle forms an odd odd nucleus of the element 113, that for the same reasons, will also undergo alpha decay. This decay pattern is reproduced with the element 111, then 109 and so on.

It took years for researchers to work out some of the details about moscovium. It wasn't until 2018 that Berkeley Lab scientists figured out that the element's mass or atomic weight was 288.

To nab this vital number, they repeated the process that the first discoverers used to pin down the element. In doing so, they managed to produce roughly one atom of moscovium per day, and that atom was captured by an instrument called FIONA or For the Identification Of Nuclide A , which looks like a small metal bank vault. So far, moscovium doesn't have a practical use outside of scientific study.

So let's get to this topic of  Element 115 and the Alien Connection.

Element 115 was only discovered in 2003, but it may sound familiar because the name has been around for decades in connection with UFOs aliens and other related phenomena.

We're referring to the long-lived story of Robert Bob Lazar, who in 1989 went public with what he said was top-secret information about element 115. 

Lazar claimed to be a former employee at Area 51, the famous and highly classified area of the Nevada Test and Training Range, operated by the United States Air Force. 

His job there was to reverse-engineer crashed alien flying saucers, he said that he would  personally worked with element 115, which was used to pilot alien spacecraft.

Lazar said that he'd seen evidence of anti-gravity propulsion technologies, and nine alien spacecraft stored in a hangar at Area 51. Those spaceships ostensibly used some sort of propulsion system that harnessed the inherent power of gravity, and thus utilized the characteristics of element 115 to work their technological wizardry.

The government doesn't confirm the employment of anyone who's worked at Area 51. And as some sources have pointed out, the gist of his claims have never been thoroughly disproved.

"No, there is no connection between this discovery and the claims of Bob Lazar. Presently all the created atoms of element 115, have decayed way too fast to be used to fuel UFOs", she said.

Element 115 is special in that we can make it easier than some lighter elements, like element 112 or element 113. Typically as we add more protons, it becomes harder to make a new element. This trend is broken around element 115. Due to this, we have been able to make over 100 atoms of element 115 and begin to understand its nuclear and chemical properties.

When Lazar first came forward in 1989, he made a point to explain that there's no reason a version of element 115 couldn't be synthesized and observed at some point in the future. In fact, he predicted that it would be observed just likely not in a stabilized form, because of the statistical improbability of landing on a relevant isotope.

The collapse of the electromagnetic fields from the outer electromagnets occur over the utrons. 

 Just as a reactionless power cell can create mass, then the collapse of the electromagnetic field poles also is responsible for creating more output than input ultimately, as in the case of a Bedini Overunity System, but does not create heavy mass due to its negative energy characteristics.   This then describes the collapse of a buildup of electromagnetic mass, carried through vortex generated by the utrons. 

In Tesla energy theory, the spark collapse does not conduct the direct mass of electrons, but conducts the raw energy field responsible for creating electron-mass, but with no power loss due to the transfer of electron-mass. That is why Tesla used induction motors, and induction generators, and induction coils, because there was no power loss due to Newtonian inertia of electron mass.

However as the electromagnets collapse over the utrons, there is no static field path for the collapse of the ENERGY to travel through (no Electrostatic corridor over the inductive plates that acts as a wireless conductive energy corridor).  But when the system reaches a fast motion, the energy field is instead conducted through the static active medium within the Resonance Cavity of the hull space, REQUIRING there to be a hull or airframe for it to work properly.

Inductive field collapse is the principle driver of Bedini overunity circuitry.  This still has yet to be worked out in the OTC-X1, because instead of a coil, there is a monopole above and below the utron halves (whereas Bedini circuitry works on one side and the other side of a coil, driven by the coil's electromagnetic field polarity).  

The field collapse nonetheless carries negative energy to the central accumulator.  The two halves of the Central Accumulator represent the run/power battery, and the charge battery, but in advanced circuitry provided by Matrix Le, both halves (both batteries) can be charged -- the run battery can also be charging as it is running, without getting hot.  

The utrons hold negative energy resonance and capacitance and are field generators. The Magneto-electrostaic aspect is mono-polar, creating electrical vacuum on the outside, and drawing that vacuum to the center, accumulating high volt Negative electron Mass. ​As the electromagnet field coils (c-shaped) turn the rotor, it draws across a magneto-static charged Mono-Pole of the utron/accumulator frame (disk), inducing motion, without displacing the magneto-static charged field on the charge plates.  

This creates additional motion of charge and accelerated pressure of voltage.  A direct connection of electromagnetic current will displace the magneto-electrostatic charged plate surfaces.  That is to be avoided.   It is possible a spark may jump to the utron from the C- Shaped electromagnetics.  

If they are "resonance-wound" however (a single winding layer), then the whole system would have to be reversed with the Negative Charges in center, and the Positive static Charges the outside, and a separate external power source would have to be used to create a charged field around the outside, and I don't think that's the case, but it might be. At one end of the longitudinal flat plane path there will be a negative static force that feels like electrical water, and at the other end, there will be a positive static force that feels like dangerous voltage, which is how scalar fields work.

The Story of this man keeps a lot of people wondering how he managed to gain the Antigravity effects from his experiments with CSE fields. 

In summer 1988, from Novosibirsk city, he examined a micro structure of the lower surface of beetles’ wing case, by a microscope, and became interested by unusually rhythmic extremely ordered incomparable honeycomb with solid multidimensional composition, which looked as, if it was pressed by some complicated automatic machine. 

Studying this amazing micro pattern, allowed Grebennikov to design an aircraft of a new kind, called Gravity plane. As usually, this discovery was made by chance. Once Grebennikov put a cheatini bristle from some beetle’s shell, under a microscope. and wanted to put another one, but it slipped out from tweezers and hung in the air. Then grebennikov tied some laminae together from the top, by a wire arranging them vertically. 

It was impossible to put even a thumbtack on this block, because it was thrown up and then aside. When the thumbtack was forcefully fixed to the chitin block from the top, it was lifted for a moment, and completely disappeared! Grebennikov discovered a bio antigravity effect in 1988. and then, during 3 years, he studied it from many sides. and then he developed the platform’s design. 

In 1991, Grebennikov built his gravity plane, and started flying by a noiseless aircraft, which reached a speed of 1,500 to 2,400 km/hour. The aircraft was inertialess, and almost invisible from below. People who observed it from ground, saw instead of it, a light sphere, or a disc or a cloud with sharply outlined edges. It is unnecessary to say that this was discovered not yesterday, but in the eighties.

Grebennikov, tried to convince other scientists about his inventions, but it was useless. Because nobody wanted to talk to him. Grebennikov studied an effect, of cavitary structures of insects. He gave this name to a mysterious radiation, emanated from their nests. 

In chapter 5 of the book, Grebennikov writes: "I have only a hand full of old clay lumps, fragments of these nests, with numerous small rooms cells. The cells were located side by side, and looked like small thimbles or, more likely, small jugs with smoothly narrowing beaks. I’ve already knew that these bees belonged to species of Halictus. 

According to the number of light rings on their oblong bellies. There was a wide vessel, filled with these spongy clay lumps on my working table. which was jammed with instruments, ant and grasshopper houses, with chemical agents and other things. I had to take something, and I brought my hand above these spongy fragments. And a miracle happened. I suddenly felt heat above them. I touched the lumps by the hand. they were cold. But I obviously felt heat above them. Moreover, I felt unknown pushes, bounce, and tick in my fingers" 

Grebennikov wrote: "I put a piece of cardboard on top. the feelings were the same. I put a pan's lid, but it had no effect. this something ran through the barrier. I should immediately study this phenomenon, But the instruments did not react at all: neither finest thermometers, nor ultrasound recorders, electrometers nor magnetometers. 

But usual human hands, and not only mine hands felt these effects, But Some people’s hands became heavier, other people’s hands were pushed up. some people’s fingers grew numb, fore arm’s muscles felt spasms. some people felt giddy and secreted saliva voluminously." 

But how did Victor Grebennikov came to the idea of his aircraft? Let us read further.

 "In summer 1988, I watched by microscope, chitin shells of insects. their fleecy antennae, butterfly wings’ lamellae of finest structure, open work of shad mooneye’s wings, with bright play and other Natural Patents. I was interested in an unusually rhythmic microstructure, of some parts of rather big insects. This was an extremely ordered composition. which looked as if it had been pressed by some complicated automatic machine. according to special designs and calculations. 

In my opinion, this incomparable cellular structure was necessary neither for strength nor for decoration of this part. I did not notice something even resembling such an unusual amazing micro pattern, neither on other insects’ parts nor in the rest of nature. Due to the fact, that it was multi-dimensional, I could not copy it, in a flat drawing or a photograph. 

Why does an insect have this? This structure is located in the bottom of wing cases and is almost always hidden.

 It can be seen only when an insect flies. but who can do this? I suspected that, this can be a wave beacon having my effect of multi-cavitary structures. During this really happy summer, there were a lot of insects of this species, and I caught them using light in the evenings. Neither before nor after that I observed neither such a great number of them, or even single individuals. 

I put a small concave chitin lamella on a microscope table, in order to watch its strange cells, using strong magnification once more. I looked at a regular masterpiece of Nature jeweler, and without any purpose, put another lamella with these unusual cells, located on one of its sides on the first lamella by tweezers. But the part was pulled out the tweezers, hung in the air for some seconds under the lamella. which lay on the microscope table, and rotated clockwise, moved in the air, to the right. rotated anticlockwise, swung and only then quickly fall on the table.

 A reader can only imagine what I felt that moment. After coming to consciousness, I tied some lamellae by a piece of wire. It was difficult and possible only if I took them vertically. So, I made a kind of a multilayer chitin block. I put it on a table. Even such a comparatively heavy thing, as a thumbtack could not lie on it. something pulled it up and then aside. 

I fixed the thumbtack to the top of the block, and then unbelievable things began to happen. particularly, the thumbtack completely disappeared for a moment, that I understood that, this is not a beacon but some Other thing. I was excited again and, due to agitation, everything around me was like in mist, but I could calm down and in two hours, could continue working. 

Everything began from this accident. These strange extraordinary fine and complex instruments, and devices of insects are used not only for senses of touch, smell, vision, sound but they also receive or generate electronic waves, while some of them hamper the Earth’s gravity. 

However, if we remember, Grebennikov's remarked: I didn't not notice something, even resembling such an unusual amazing micro pattern, neither on other insects’ parts, nor in the rest of nature, nor in technology."

Does Grebennikov want to say that honeycombs are a simplified example of this complicated pattern, and that the antigravity effect can be observed already in such a simple structure? 

And in two years of laborious work, a gravity plane appeared, an aircraft with amazing characteristics. It is invisible, and need no traditional engine as we imagine it, and has no wings or a propeller, It is noiseless; and it easily reach a safe flight speed of 1500 km/h, which is not felt by a pilot: there are no either inertia properties of a moving body or heat influence of the environmental air to the aircraft. 

 It also has a very simple design. a post with two handles placed on an opened platform. The photographs of Grebennikov flying by his platform were published in the article for the first time. It is written that the aircraft principles, heights and outfit was given in My world book. Grebennikov was going to completely describe his inventions, because The whole book was aimed at his platform.

But proofreaders and editors explained Grebennikov that it is forbidden to publish such information. So, Grebennikov had to remove fragments of the text and patch it up. This is why a lot of hints and keys remained in the book, In order to completely remove information on the platform, he had to rewrite the whole book.

Two photographs with Grebennikov’s flight were left in the book because they were already known to people. As a result, the book’s total volume was more than 300 pages and there were a lot of inappropriate butterfly images in the end of the 5th chapter. 

Though Grebennikov could not publish the invention’s description, he tried to tell readers fundamentals of his inventions by hints because, in the nineties, he WANTED to tell this to the world and, only in 2000, after he became ill, he began to reduce the information considering it dangerous for people’s health.

In the “Tehnika molodezhi” article, it was written that Grebennikov had demonstrated his platform in a museum for everyone! Grebennikov obviously tried to reproduce an appearance of the real device with maximal accuracy because it is much easier to use real wings nuts in the model. 

In this case, however, plaster copies were made using the real board. It is a pity that the lower part of the platform, was lost. It could contain copies of block boards parts and mirrored a real scheme of kinematic blind control. If we could look at the control scheme, it would be possible to remove many versions considering antigravity production principle. A range of questions would narrow.

The first handle bar’s section is a T-shaped welded construction with a lot of buttons, signal indicators and even an electrical toggle. The instrument at the handle bar’s center is an altitude meter. An electrical snap-action toggle is used for turning on board electrical equipments. 

At the left of the altitude meter, opposite to the toggle, the electrical button starter is located. Grebennikov pushed it when the device still stood on the ground right before take off. Pushing the button, a condenser plate in the motor device is charged by a high potential. On the end of the left handle, there's another light emitting diode. It shows charge presence on the motor device’s condenser plate and, possibly, a charge degree of the plate by different brightness of glow. 

In the opposite direction, on the end of the right handle, two light emitting diodes are placed. They are directly connected to plug and sockets placed in mechanical units, of joining separation and change of blinds tilting. 

The white light emitting diode induces straight motion while the red one induces quick slowdown. Left rotary handle controls blinds separation with increase of an active surface. The right one controls change of rotation angle of every blinds’ plate around the long axis. 

Mechanical buttons catchers directed at a pilot’s belly are placed lower than the toggle and the button starter. They are connected to the rotary arms according to a push and turn principle. 

In order to turn the arm, it is necessary to press an according button by a thumb to release the arm’s motion. and then it is possible to rotate it freely pressing the button. If you stop pressing the button, the arm will stay fixed in the existing position with the given angle. This helps to carry out the hovering mode, and choose a fixed height and flight speed during a long flight time. 

All other convex elements located at the first handle bar’s elbow are retention screws. There are no control and diagnostics elements except the mentioned ones. The most interesting thing is that the upper right handle bar’s section TURNS like a handle bar of a standard bike, controlling a mechanism of the platform rotation. 

A rotary effort is transferred by a flexible elastic cable with a diameter of about 10 mm. The biggest screw on the handle bar located under the altitude meter in the center, is a bonding of this cable. this rotary cable is set into a central socket. Let's talk about The platform's base. Grebennikov made his platform so numerous screws and wing nuts, are just lightly modified platform’s parts. 

This is a box of old Soviet microscope package with an external walls’ thickness of 8 mm and an internal walls’ thickness of about 50 mm. Grebennikov only had to take out a plastic foam interlay, and cover the body with drying oil. He made this though the board’s thickness of 8 mm is rather unreliable. 

Possibly, Grebennikov strengthened the base by sheet metal from inside. The blinds’ design is a standard FAN, made of flat long elements. There are four fans. Each of their four axles is fixed vertically at the platform’s corners. Even a picture by Grebennikov showing its device from below exists! approximately in the center of each platform halves.

This is a bonding of the distribution mechanism, which transfers effort from the “distributors” to a fan opening device. Each fan consists of nine plates. In order to make them strong, the plates are made of sheet metal. 

Micro-nets are stuck from the upper surface of each plate. On the one hand, the metal does not prevent nets from operating because the effect of cavitary structures cannot be screened and, on the other hand, protects them from mechanical influences such as influence of grass during landing. 

Holes in the plates, which can be seen, are not related to micro-cells. They are made only for lightening the metal plates’ weight. Antigravity effect created due to the effect of cavitary structures is produced by the cells but they need “fuel” in order to work with maximal efficiency.

Roughly speaking, the effect of cavitary structures works the following way:

 any material consists of particles vibrating by its own frequency, Due to such internal atomic vibrations, a stationary wave exists in the environment around any object and further, discrete “reflections” or maximums of such a wave. Thus, a frequency and length of such vibration are unique for any material according to Grebennikov, this is a “reflection of de Broglie waves.

If we make a cavity, its walls will begin to “radiate” towards each other or under some angles. If a right size of such a cell will be found, waves’ maximums will sum up and a field will be strengthened in the given point of space. 

So, let us make conclusions

 First, as many as possible surfaces are necessary for one cell it may seem strange but a polygon with maximal quantity of sides, which can be used for filling a plane without gaps and fractally is a hexagon. Second. the less the size of each cell, the more quantity of surfaces, which we can have with the same volume. 

The more cells and, accordingly, the more surfaces, the stronger the effect of cavitary structures. Let us remark more that size of one cell is not arbitrary but divisible by wave “reflections”, which, in their turn, depend on a used material. 

Wave “reflections” can be far from the surface as well as very close to it, Closer ones have stronger power. So, we have a very fine net by specifying a certain geometry of its cells size and form of planes and angles between the planes. 

we concentrate our static field in certain points of space. However, we are interested, first of all, in force gradient. The mentioned static field does not produce yield and confirms the law of energy conservation.

We don’t have antigravity so far. Then we use lepton theory. 

Remember that lepton, aether, and orgone are the same. We have to determine such a form of cells, which will allow having different field force from a very low on one side to a very high on another. The less distance to the cell material surface, the stronger wave “reflections” we have. 

We make a simple and logical conclusion that one side of the cell must be geometrically less than another, If an initial cell is cylindrical, we have a cone. if it is triangular or square, we have a pyramid with a triangular or square base. 

If we initially have a hexagonal cell, the pyramid will be hexagonal too. It is necessary to tell about lepton explanation of gravity effect. This means that leptons fly all over space in all directions, chaotically. They pass through all bodies but still they transmit some very small part of their speed to these bodies. 

Now imagine two spheres, A lepton stream flying from one sphere to another passes through the first sphere, brakes and “irradiates” the second sphere less than the first one. the second sphere is in “lepton shadow” of the first one, and on the contrary. Thus, pressure from the direction of the internal space between the spheres will be less than the external pressure, which leads to attraction of two bodies, this effect is called gravity. 

So, we need antigravity. There are leptons or aether everywhere in universe. If a device will be invented, which will be able to change leptons’ direction, to the necessary one create aether wind, our task will be solved. 

Now, if we place such a solid net consisting of the micro cells under the platform in a zone between the earth and the platform, and orient it in such a way that “aether wind”, which is created by the platform, blows the platform from the bottom compensating insufficiency of lepton pressure, the platform and its passenger will become imponderable and fly up.

Controlling a power of an aether stream and its directions, we have the same rough material idea of force vector as in the case of jet streams. 

The only difference is that aether is so insensible for us that there are no strong air streams. At first sight, there is nothing! The platform just picks up speed and height without any sound, visual and other effects. Inertia force doesn’t influence a pilot. 

It is necessary to note that a head is heavier than legs, while the legs, in their turn, are heavier than the platform. it is a gradient of the antigravity force! It is interesting that it is possible to make symmetric cells like usual honeycombs, instead of cuneiform ones, a half of this aether wind can blow in the ground. 

It is unreasonable: about a half of the power is lost. however, it can be increased by decreasing the cells’ size. but, technologically, such nets are easier to build. Now let us tell about the cells’ “fuel”. 

Grebennikov noted that, in case with the effect of cavitary structures experiments, it is necessary to take the Sun into account, under normal conditions. The point is that, together with sunlight, an intensive aether or lepton flow goes from the Sun. As it was noted by Grebennikov, during takeoff. 

Grebennikov’s aircraft was always carried away in a direction which was opposite to the Sun. This happened because, from the Sun side, the fans got more effective supply and worked more effectively moving the aircraft in another direction. This is the answer. In the event when the aircraft was moved away due to different reasons, this can not be explained by “usual conditions”. In this case, different environmental disturbances take place, we will not consider them here because these are fluctuations, which do not hamper in flying.

”I don’t think any flying disc simulators went into operation until the early 1960s – around 1962 or 1963. ”What he did, apparently, was aquire a high voltage power source – a DC (direct current) power source, and he took a couple of quarter-inch-thick copper plates about a foot in diameter, with a lead coming out of the middle of each one at the top and the bottom. [Then], he basically embedded them in a type of plastic resin like polycarbonate  or Plexiglas, or some other kind of clear resin where you could see the plates, and you could see the material. Apparently, he did everything he could to get all the little air bubbles and stuff out of there, so there wouldn’t be any pathways for the electricity to break down the material and arc through them. The experiment was to see how much voltage you could put on this capacitor – the subplate capacitor – in this arrangement; how much voltage could you put on this thing before the insulating material begins to just break down.

 

Well, he got up to about a million volts, and the thing would begin to float, and it floated in accordance with the principles that had been described in a patent that was filed back in the late 1950s/early 1960s by a gentleman called Thomas Townsend Brown. Brown and another individual by the name of Dr. Biefield had done this, so this effect became known as the Biefield-Brown effect. Well, [Stambough] apparently duplicated the experiments done by Biefield and Brown, [and] the one aspect they found about this arrangement was that the levitation or movement would occur in the direction of the positively charged plate. So, if you had two plates, one is negative, and one is positive because of the direct current system. If you have the positive plate on top, it would move in that direction. If you had it on a pendulum, it would always swing in whatever direction the positive plate was facing …”

 

“… The bottom of the vehicle was about 11 or 12 inches thick. In both cases, the coil and this large disc at the bottom were like a big plastic casting – sort of a greenish-blue, clear plastic, or it might have been glass. I determined, using my conceptual artist skills, that there were exactly 48 sections like thin slices of pizza pie, and each section within this casting probably weighted four or five tons, judging by the thickness and the diameter. It must have been monstrous in weight. It was full of half-inch-thick copper plates, and each of the 48 sections had 8 copper plates.

 

 

 

So, here we are back to the plate capicitors again, and the prospect of someone finding a way to use the Biefield-Brown effect – this levitation effect where you charge a capacitor to lift towards a positive plate. Now, when you got eight plates stacked up in there, they alternate. It goes: negative positive, negative positive, negative positive – four times, so you ultimately wind up with the positive plates always being above a set of negative plates as you go up…”

 

“… Now, I started looking at the design of this thing, and it occurred to me that what I was looking at was a huge Tesla coil, which is kind of like an open-air transformer. What happens is that when you pass electricity through this large diameter coil, it creates a field. That’s what this system does: it takes electricity, using two large 24-volt marine-style batteries. You basically use that to somehow put an alternating current through these windings. [Then], you step up that electricity through the secondary coil, which is on the column in the middle, and you get this extremely high voltage. You can selectively put the voltage on any of these 48 capacitor sections.

 

Well, why would you want to do that? If you’re using just a normal Tesla coil, you usually have maybe one or two capacitors in the whole system. But, you’re talking about a different kind of capacitor here – you’re talking about capacitors that are made up of plates – plates that are shaped like long, thin triangles, and they are all radially-oriented just like the spokes of a wheel, just like the oxygen tanks, just like the field lines from that large diameter coil. As you look at this system, if you’re an electrician or just somebody who knows a little bit about Tesla coils and the way they are set up, you begin to realize that the orientation of components is really the key to making the system work.

 

Why so many different capacitor sections? If you have just one big disc like Mark Stambough did with his experiment at the University of Arizona – which, by the way was confiscated by men claiming to be from the government and claiming privilege under the National Security Act. They took all this stuff, interviewed all the people that saw the experiments, and told everybody to keep their mouths shut and not talk about it. But, I heard about it from his roommate who knew what had happened. [Anyway], in that case, you have levitation, but you don’t get any control. You have this thing floating around, and it’s just sort of floating on whatever this field is that it’s producing, but you don’t have any control.

 

      

 

So, what happens? You break that disc up into 48 different sections, and then you can decide how much electricity you want to put on this side or over there on that side, so you can control the amount of electricity and the amount of thrust and vectoring that you get. You can make it go straight up, you can make it bank and turn and pitch – whatever you want to, by virtue of the fact that you can control where the electricity goes in those 48 different sections. If you ever take a circle and divide it up into 48 equal sections, you’ll find that those are really thin little slices. So, you have these 48 individual capacitors, and you have one big Tesla coil. You’ve got to have some kind of rotating spark gap, just like the distributor in your car, that sends the electricity out to each of those sections. Then, you have to have some way of controlling how much electricity goes to each one…”

 

 

”… It was all linked fiber-optically. Well, why would that make any difference? Why would you want to have a system that’s all linked fiber-optically? The reason is that if you find a way to control gravity, you reduce the mass of it. If you are able to do that, what are the other side benefits? What if you somehow found a way of tapping into this scalar field, this zero-point energy? If what the scientists believe is true, then the zero-point energy is actually what keeps the electrons around the atomic structure of everything in our universe. It keeps them energized – it keeps those little electrons spinning in their different clouds around the nucleus of every atom in our world. It keeps them going, keeps them from crashing into the nucleus like a satellite orbiting the Earth gets pulled into the atmosphere by gravitational drag. Well, if you have a way of interfering with that interaction, that absorption of zero-point energy by those electrons, they begin to slow down.

 

 

Every atom in the universe is just like a little gyroscope: it’s got all these electrons spinning around the nucleus, and they have a gyroscopic effect, which is the effect we call inertia and mass. We have one nucleus with a proton and a neutron and one electron – hydrogen – spinning around like that: not very much mass, not too much inertia. If you take uranium, [with] 235 electrons all spinning around in their different clouds, there is a lot of mass; there is a lot of inertia, because it’s like a bigger gyroscope, in a way. At least, that’s the analogy that I’ve kind of picked up here. But, if you have a way of interfering with that absorption of zero-point energy so those electrons become de-energized, they begin to slow down. The effect of that inertia, that gyroscopic effect, begins to drop off, and the mass drops off to, even though the atomic structure is intact; and it’s still there – it’s still uranium, but it’s not as heavy.

 

One of the things Einstein said, was that you could never accelerate anything up to and past the speed of light. If you did, you would have to have all the energy in the universe, because as you accelerate through space, mass increases. One of the old films showing this concept shows a train going faster and faster towards the speed of light, but the train keeps getting bigger and bigger until the engine just can’t pull it, so it can never pass the speed of light.

 

But, what if you have a system, a device, that absorbs that zero-point energy and prevents it from interacting with the atomic structure of the vehicle? And, at the same time, it’s providing additional power to the capacitor section – this whole electrical system that is going on in the vehicle, that’s running. In effect, the faster you go, the easier it becomes to go up to and exceed the speed of light.

 

Brad said that in this exhibit at Norton Air Force Base, a three star general said that these vehicles were capable of doing light speed or better. Oh, by the way, the largest of these vehicles was about 120 to 130 feet in diameter. I mean, that’s massive when you think about it – it’s just huge.

 

There is a scientist in Utah by the name of Moray B. King –  he wrote a book called Tapping the Zero Point Energy.  What he maintains is that this energy is embedded in space-time all around us; it’s in everything we see. I think it was James Clerk Maxwell who speculated that there’s enough of this flux, this electrical charge, in the nothingness of space, that if you could capture all the energy that was embedded in just a cubic yard of space, you’d have enough energy to boil the oceans of the entire world. That’s how much energy is sitting there waiting to be tapped. Now, one of the things that Moray B. King said, was that the best way to tap that energy is by driving it out of equilibrium. It’s just like a box of cigarette smoke in a box, but if you somehow send a shockwave through it, you can get force – you can get ripples through it. Then, if you have a way of collecting that energy at the other end, you have a way of tapping into it and using it.

 

This Alien Reproduction Vehicle, this Flux Liner, has a way of doing that somehow, electronically. Now, Brad had described the fact that this central column has a kind of vacuum chamber in it. The vacuum chamber is one of the things that all of these scientists describe in these over-unity or free energy devices they build. They all have some kind of vacuum tubes, vacuum technology.

 

Brad maintained that inside this big vacuum chamber in the central column that’s inside everything else – inside the flywheel, inside the secondary coils of the Tesla coil, inside the crew compartment – there is mercury vapor. Mercury vapor will conduct electricity, but it produces all kinds of ionic effects. These little molecules of mercury become charged in unusual ways, and if you fire a tremendous amount of electricity through mercury vapory that’s in a partial vacuum, there is something special, something unusual that happens in that process. I believe it’s the process that Morey [King] came to describe when he [proposed] driving the energy in the vacuum out of equilibrium, putting some kind of a shockwave through it.

 

Now, the other thing that I believe happens here, is that as this system begins to tap into this zero-point energy and is drawing it away from the local environment, the whole craft becomes lighter in weight – it becomes partially mass-cancelled, if you will, which is one of the reasons why just a little bit of energy in the capacitors could shoot it all over the place.

 

One of the things that I believe happens, is when you take a system like this and you fire it up, everything in the system starts to become mass-canceled. The next thing that happens is that the electrons that are flowing through the system also become mass-canceled. What does that mean? It means as that system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla coil become mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor, which means the efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. You get dramatic efficiency, just like the whole thing was dunked into liquid nitrogen or made out of pure silver or pure gold, which at certain temperatures are perfect conductors – it becomes lighter and can accelerate at incredible speeds…”

 

‘Have you ever wondered why the NASA budget has been cut back so severely? It’s because they’ve got all this other technology that is so much better, so much faster. They are so much better than rocket-propelled spaceships that take months, sometimes years, to get to the outer reaches of the solar system. Why would you put millions and millions of dollars [into] what [amounts] to a public works program for scientists? Why invest all that money when you have this classified system that’s used exclu­sively by the National Security Agency, the CIA, or Air Force Intelligence? It will go anywhere in the solar system in hours, compared to months or years. Why spend all that money on NASA when you’ve got something that will go there right now?’

 

When people speculate that there [might] be manned bases on the back side of the moon or there might be bases on Mars, I can tell you that I’m almost positive that that’s true. In fact, I’m positive that it’s true…”

 

”… Anyway, the only other thing that I could say, is that when I was talking about the fiber optic control system, that’s also one of the things that goes back to the original Roswell acount that there were all these little fibers with light going through them, and they couldn’t explain what this stuff was. Well, why would you need a fiber optic system in your spaceship? If, suddenly, everything in the vehicle becomes mass-canceled, and even the electrons becomes mass-canceled, it means that all of the telemetry that’s going through your system is going to go haywire. It’s going to be like, suddenly, the system goes through a phase change, and everything is super-conducting. So, you have to have some way of maintaining the same level of control for your spark gaps – the control of the amount of electricity that goes out of the capacitors – so that when you change the control stick, you still get the same amount of movement and deflection in the system, even when you go into a state of mass-cancellation or partial mass-cancellation, because the electrons are also mass-cancelled, so they become super-conducting circuits.

 

Why use fiber optics? Because photons have no mass, so they are unaffected. That means any information, any telemetry that you send back and forth to your computer gets there. It doesn’t matter if the computer functions at the super-conducting level, because it just makes it faster, more efficient, smarter. You want to be able to control the aircraft so it doesn’t crash, and what’s the best way to do it? With fiber optics.”

The Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV) is well known as the device built by the Aliens. 

But according to the analysis of Mark about how ARV uses the Magnetohydrodynamics principles, it seems like this device also relates to the principles of OTC-X1 and the Searl Effect Generator ( SEG ).

What is the real story here? Someone probably knows, but just who that someone is, I don’t know. I do know it’s not me!

Whatever theory you subscribe to, remember this: It needs to explain ALL aspects of the case, not just the blatant or easy ones. To come up with a theory that explains it all (The Unified Bob Theory??) is not an easy thing to do.

Lazar is lying, and fabricated the whole story.

This is the knee-jerk answer, but I don’t buy it for a second. The fatal flaw to this is that Lazar brought a pack of his friends out on 3 occasions to view operations of something very strange. Also, there has been a bit of corroboration to some parts of his story. This theory, while comforting to many, just doesn’t explain it all.

Lazar is telling the truth.

Ah, the other extreme. I can’t buy this either. If he’s being fully truthful, then why does he insist on clinging to his bogus claims of CalTech and MIT degrees? Also, with the possible exception of Los Alamos, Lazar hasn’t suffered from the mysterious loss of his records, as he’s claimed. There are plenty of Lazar records to be found.

Well hell! If he’s not lying, but not telling the truth, what’s going on? Probably something in between, making things difficult for us.

Lazar is simply retelling a story he heard from someone else who worked at Groom or Papoose.

This theory has several variations, including the idea that he got the story while regularly visiting one of the local brothels and the story was passed on from one of the girls, who got it from her clients. The major problems with this is again the educational background, the precision with which Lazar called the test nights, and also the apparent fact that government agents were witnessed at Lazar’s home by others. Further, the tale Lazar told his friends seemed to evolve over time.

Lazar had some sort of position at Groom Lake, and heard stories and rumors of Papoose.

A possibility. However given the strong compartmentalization going on, it’s highly unlikely such detailed stories would be floating around Groom. Were that the case, other Groom workers would have picked it up also, and that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Lazar was at S-4, but it was a setup, and he was shown what he was “supposed” to see. 

The idea behind this theory is that the government wanted to get out some dis-information (for uncertain purposes) and staged the episode for Lazar’s benefit, knowing of his association with Lear, and inability to keep it secret. If that’s the case, some elements might be real (the flight test), but others false (the other 8 craft). Bringing in Lazar at lengthy intervals, essentially on his own, having him closely shadowed by security while at S-4 points in this direction. I think most of us severely underestimate the cleverness of the folks out around Groom. They are not stupid! This doesn’t deal with his academic background however. If this is indeed the case, then whoever dreamed up this operation probably got fired as a result of the major tourist influx it eventually generated. I kind of like this one, but it doesn’t explain everything.

Lazar was at S-4, but had his mind mucked with.

While perhaps outlandish, this is an “explain it all” theory. By installing the certainty in Lazar that he does have degrees from MIT and CalTech, among other things, he’s easily discredited, and the real memories he might possess dismissed. Is it real or is it Memorex? The two variations on this theory hold that the mind mucking was planned from the start as dis-information, or that it was done after he bolted from the program. The big question is do we have such mind manipulating capabilities? However, Lazar has undergone hypnosis and some cracking of such implanted memories should have occurred. Even so, I find it hard to fathom that Lazar, when presented with evidence that he never attended the schools he’s claimed, didn’t start an investigation of his own into alternate possibilities. Another theory I find somewhat attractive.

Lazar was at S-4, but has been bought off.

This theory holds that this entire episode was orchestrated. Lazar, due to his financial situation, was “hired” or used as part of a dis-information effort and has participated willingly. Part of his contract would include his insistence of his degrees, casting just enough doubt on him that his story becomes gray. His story becomes a classic mixture of truth and lies. Were this the case, then not even Lazar’s friends would know. If this theory is correct, then what actually is at S-4 is anyone’s guess. Again, another “explain it all” theory. Intellectually, I like this one a lot, but emotionally it doesn’t feel right.

Lazar and friends have concocted the story for financial reasons.

A theory I can’t subscribe to. The amount of money these boys have been pulling in is chump change, compared to if they REALLY wanted to market it. Now what constitutes chump change is admittedly subjective, but considering the time involved, ridicule and abuse, I can’t see them getting a reasonable return. Then there is the problem that some of the story has been corroborated. Also, if it were just a money making scam, they could come up with a much better story for Lazar’s lack of educational background.

Whew! Well, that’s it. Take your pick. It’s all true, and none of it’s true. If you’re looking for closure, well, I guess you’re out of luck. There are no answers, only more questions. Learn to enjoy the process, and force yourself not to leap to conclusions, the conclusions will eventually become obvious.
