In the Tesla's Magnifying transmitter, the energy is countinuously bounced back and forth between the earth and the reflecting capacitance at a rate timed to a natural rate of the earth.....

Nikola Tesla has said in a patent about improvements relating to the Transmission of Electrical energy : ".....Stated otherwise, the terrestrial conductor is thrown into resonance with the oscillations impressed upon it just like a wire. More than this, a number of facts ascertained by me clearly show, that the movement of electricity through it follows certain laws with nearly mathematical rigor. For the present it will be sufficient to state, that the earth behaves like a perfectly smooth or polished conductor of inappreciable resistance, with capacity and self-induction uniformly distributed along the axis of symmetry of waves propagation and transmitting slow electrical oscillations without sensible distortion and attenuation. Besides the above, three requirements seem to be essential to the establishment of the resonating condition.

The earth's diameter passing through the pole should be an odd multiple of the quarter wave-length, that is, of the ratio between the velocity of light and four times the frequency of the currents.

It is necessary to employ oscillations, in which the rate of radiation of energy into space in the form of Hertzians or electromagnetic waves is very small. To give an idea I would say, that the frequency should be smaller than twenty thousand per second, through shorter waves might be practicable. The lowest frequency would appear to be six per second, in which case there will be but one node, at or near the ground plate, and, paradoxical as it may seem, the opposite the transmitter. With oscillations still slower the earth, strictly speaking, will not resonate, but simply act as capacity, and the variation of potential will be more or less uniform over its entire surface.

The most essential requirement is, however, that irrespective of frequency, the wave or wave train should continue for a certain interval of time, which I have estimated to be not less than one twelfth-or probably 0.08484-of a second, and which is taken in passing to, and returning from the region diametrically opposite the pole, over the earth's surface, with a mean velocity of about 471,240 kilometers per second......"

Ralph Ring is a brilliant innovative technician who as a young man in the late 1950s worked closely with Otis T. Carr. With the aid of his small team, Carr, who was himself a protegé of the great inventor Nikola Tesla, built a number of flying disks which worked, prior to their experimentation being forcibly terminated by government agents.

They built a flying disk, powered by rotating electromagnets in conjunction with a number of small, ingenious capacitor-like devices called “Utrons”. A number of prototypes were built, ranging in size from experimental models a few feet across to a passenger-carrying craft which was fully 45 feet in diameter. 

The smaller disks flew successfully – one even disappeared completely and was permanently lost – and Ralph himself testifies to having co-piloted, with two others, the large craft a distance of some ten miles, traversing this distance instantaneously.

The Utron was the key to it all. Carr said it accumulated energy because of its shape, and focused it, and also responded to their conscious intentions. 

When they operated the machine, they didn’t work any controls, but went into a kind of meditative state and focused their intentions on the effect they wanted to achieve. Carr had tapped into some principle which is not understood, in which consciousness melds with engineering to create an effect.

If you could control gravity or inertial forces, you would have a propulsion breakthrough (thrusting without rockets), a means to create synthetic gravity environments for space crews, a means to create zero-gravity environment on Earth - hey that could be fun - and a whole host of other things.

Like "Warp Drives", this subject is also at the level of speculation, with some facets edging into the realm of science. We are quite adept at controlling electromagnetic phenomena, so one can presume that such a connection might eventually lead to using our control of electromagnetism to control gravity. General Relativity, another one of Einstein’s doings, is one way to describe such connections. Sometimes called the TR3B Black Manta or TR3B Astra, the idea is that the U.S. military is working with aliens to develop some sort of advanced aircraft. What is TR3B?

The TR3B is a myth, a rumor, and an idea of an aircraft that’s in possession of the United States Air Force. Now, this is where things get interesting because if the rumors were true, there are several different theories surrounding the TR3B aircraft:

The TR3B airplane is a part of the USAF’s secret aerospace program, known as black projects.

This top-secret military aircraft exists but is classified. The reason it’s classified is that the technology that was used to create it was provided in part by America’s allies.

Those allies are extraterrestrial beings, and the U.S. has alliances with aliens.

It makes for an interesting movie plot and a fun conspiracy, but c’mon, y’all. Despite the Pentagon now reporting about 400 UFO encounters, there is absolutely no evidence that the U.S. receives assistance from aliens of any kind. But for the sake of argument, let’s say that they are lying. It’s likely that even in this unprecedented scenario, it’s a matter of national security. For the TR-3 Black Manta (TR3B) to exist in the form it’s believed to, it would need some pretty impressive technology:

Anti-gravity propulsion systems that don’t even exist yet and would require a civilization with advanced capabilities to create.

Its triangle design is also durable and capable of enduring high temperatures and high speeds.

Stealth technology making it virtually undetectable. An obvious misstep by conspiracy theorists who claim to have seen such aircraft.

Black triangle UFOs have been reported throughout history but have a distinct history going back to the 1980s. Since then, such sightings and conspiracies have multiplied throughout the world. Key characteristics of such aircraft include large size, bright lights at the corners, flat bottoms, and relatively silent movement.

Many of these characteristics line up with what the TR3B would be if it existed, but there is no evidence that states it does. Black projects are top-secret projects that help the military develop new technologies, such as testing new aircraft at Area 51, and are another common tie to the aircraft in question.

It's Finally Approved That "Time Travel and Antigravity" Phenomena Are Real

According to newly released Pentagon documents, time travel and anti-gravity technology are possible and could be used by humans to visit other worlds.

In a recent article of The Sun, they claim to have obtained the real-life X-Files as part of a Freedom of Information request into the Pentagon's secretive UFO program, the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

In the article they go to explore the possibility of time travel and anti-gravity tech.

One document looks into how anti-gravity technology can be used to build planes and spacecraft, claiming that "effects can be implemented by manipulating spacetime."

"It might be possible to produce exotic phenomena such as faster-than-light travel... and time machines," the report says, after looking at various ways of "controlling gravity." 

The study also suggests that "wormholes" in spacetime could be used for interstellar travel. According to another file, future aerospace platforms "might have propulsion systems that modify their surrounding space time geometry to implement faster than light space flight or produce levitation via anti-gravity." 

The documents, obtained by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), also outline plans to send multiple spaceships, each manned by a single pilot, to "colonize" deep space, as well as research into how humans can control robots with their minds. 

 A spaceship with nuclear-powered electromagnets would shield the manned spacecraft from radiation, as would "halo spacecraft with powerful radars" to scout for incoming objects, as well as exploration and mining craft. 

According to the files, this would be manned by a single pilot and could be used for missions involving possible colonization.

As per the report, it is focused on "traditional human pilots" rather than "cyborg-enhanced astrobots." When tasked with completing missions, one human can only control a maximum of four crafts, according to the research, which looks at ways the human brain could be developed to improve this.

"The major advance to come in developing augmented human capability to pilot multiple spacecraft will be understanding the cognitive organization of multitasking," it concludes.

Other files examine how space rockets powered by nuclear weapons can build bridges between Earth-like planets in other solar systems. 

The nuclear-powered spaceships will be able to travel deep into our solar system and beyond while remaining "economically feasible." Straight out of science fiction, now a possibility!
